Selling a Lifestyle: is styling key to attracting property buyers?

Part of the #INGdebates series. Follow @INGmedia for further updates

It's a given that developers must understand exactly who buyers are and what they are searching for. In a competitive market, many are now going beyond this, offering a holistic, multi-sensory experience, in order to secure sales.

The event examines some of the strategies used to get buyers over the line: What is the psychology behind the styling of properties for sale? Are household names or subtle touches more effective in branding a property? How do we cater for different international markets without alienating domestic buyers?

The debate explores how owners, agents and developers use design, styling and product placement to sell a dream lifestyle, how they translate their own brand into individual residences or larger schemes and whether recent attitudinal changes alongside lifestyle changes caused by the pandemic have opened further opportunities.
