Account Executive

ING is looking for a highly motivated, creative and confident Account Executive to work with a wide range of clients.

This is an excellent way to start a career in this evolving and fast growing sector. Your role will be to support our team, carrying out a wide range of administrative and research tasks and help in the day to day management of ING’s operations. Account Manager

ING is looking for an energetic, organised and creative Account Manager to work with a wide range of clients.

As an Account Manager you will play a pivotal role within the agency. You'll handle some of the agency’s accounts and be responsible for developing and implementing communications strategies through a wide variety of channels including digital, building and managing relationships with clients and key contacts, and creating and delivering campaign plans at a tactical level.

You will have at least 3 years’ experience in PR + Communications, and be able to demonstrate how you have helped your clients improve their business and lift their profile.

  • Experience in managing numerous accounts at one time

Account Director

ING is looking for a highly motivated, creative and confident Account Director to join our expanding team.

The successful candidate will demonstrate the ability to devise, implement and lead successful, strategic communications campaigns for UK and international audiences. We are looking for someone who has excellent contacts across property and business media and strong understanding of digital communications.

You will have 5+ experience years’ in PR + Communications, and be able to demonstrate how you have helped your clients improve their business and lift their profile.

Key responsibilities

As an account director you will play a pivotal role within the agency:

  • You will be responsible for leading some of the agency’s accounts; developing and implementing communications strategies, building and managing relationships with clients and key contacts and creatively building on campaign plans at a tactical level.

  • In addition to the management of current clients, you will also be expected to identify and develop new business opportunities, at all times representing and promoting ING values and brand in a professional manner.

  • As an account director, you will manage client teams of PR professionals including account managers and account executives, monitoring and reviewing performance and supporting professional development.

Digital Director

ING is the leading communications agency for the built environment and has established an impressive track record helping our clients successfully navigate the emerging digital communications landscape.

We now have a rare leadership opportunity available as we recruit a Digital Director to join the ING team.

Based in Shoreditch, London, ING is one of the UK’s most dynamic PR + Communications agencies. We have a team of exceptional consultants specialising in one of the most exciting and creative sectors, the built environment. Our team supports a UK and international client base that spans architecture and design, property and investment, cities, regeneration and culture.

ING’s Digital Director will be responsible for planning, implementing and executing our overall digital strategy. You will manage a small team directly but will be expected to lead the 45-strong business on every aspect of digital strategy and operational delivery. You will help our clients develop and execute digital campaigns and work with colleagues to win new business in a sector that is beginning to fundamentally shift its thinking.

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven individual comfortable turning strategy into action. You should possess excellent leadership skills, and be persuasive in taking clients, prospects and colleagues with you. You will play a crucial role in helping ING achieve our business goals and objectives.

We are expecting you to have experience and a big passion for digital technologies as well as utilising different digital and social channels. This is a hands-on role and so you will also be excited about the opportunity to shape our own digital offer as well as those of our clients and the sector at large.

The Digital Director will be expected to:

  • Build, plan, implement, optimise and communicate ING’s overall digital strategy

  • Work with clients and prospects to develop and execute their digital strategies

  • Work with other directors to develop a “campaign thinking” mindset for ING

  • Deliver proven results in effective campaign management and implementation, carrying out complex data analysis, setting digital KPIs and measuring ROI

  • Oversee a team managing ING’s own – and clients’ - social media accounts and digital channels

  • Have a track record of effective budget planning and management

  • Understand and share industry trends and competitor positions to gain a competitive edge

  • Constantly strive to discover and adopt emerging technologies, digital innovations, and new platforms and systems to optimise organisational productivity and effectiveness

As ING’s Digital Director you will support our existing client base and attract new B2B clients to help brands, organisations and cities thrive in a connected world. You will not necessarily have experience of the built environment, but you will have the curiosity that will enable you to become a trusted partner.

The Digital Director is a senior role, equivalent to Associate Director level. At ease advising and challenging the C suite, you will also be a member of ING’s Senior Management Team and play a critical role in managing the business. This is a role that will require excellent leadership skills to inspire a curious, passionate and engaged team made up of established industry specialists as well as former journalists, editors, curators, architects, cultural strategists, placemakers, social media and branding experts.
