Shoreditch Works
ING Media is proud to share the launch of our first cultural placeshaping strategy, Shoreditch Works (2023, Linea Properties). Written and developed by ING’s Cities Strategist – Culture & Place, Yasmin Jones-Henry, the Shoreditch Works cultural placeshaping strategy has been designed to support, celebrate and champion Hackney’s history of craftsmanship, diversity and entrepreneurship. Located at a key City Fringe intersection that connects four important areas: the City of London, Silicon Roundabout, the Fashion District and Hackney’s Creative Enterprise zone, this cultural placemaking strategy also represents a pioneering case study in co-creation and co-design between tenant and landlord. The site is also home to ING Media, amongst a host of other creative businesses.
Shoreditch Works will become a place where the next generation of Hackney’s world class talent can thrive. The Shoreditch Works Cultural Placeshaping Strategy will be a deliver a leading example of the creative enterprise and cultural collaboration in London, offering a mixed-use space for innovation, wellness and growth.
