The second year of ING’s Elevate programme is well underway, having hosted workshops with Julian McIntosh Architects and Nooma Studio over the past weeks and more to come with Mood and Space, The Land Collective, Tisserin Engineers and Feix + Merlin.

These half-day workshops are a key part of the completely bespoke package of PR and communications consultancy which we provide for the six businesses in this year’s Elevate cohort, aimed at supporting emerging businesses run by leaders from ethnically diverse backgrounds.

Upcoming events include a workshop run by Priya Aggarwal-Shah of PREACH Inclusion (formerly BAME in Property) on practical skills for networking. Over the coming months, we are building a network of businesses which have engaged with the Elevate programme, creating a supportive network of small businesses that can collaborate, share expertise, and grow together.
