ING is launching its third year of Elevate. We are inviting applications for our programme, offering an intensive and completely bespoke package of PR and communications consultancy for emerging businesses run by leaders from ethnically diverse backgrounds.
ING is launching its third year of Elevate. We are inviting applications for our programme, offering an intensive and completely bespoke package of PR and communications consultancy for emerging businesses run by leaders from ethnically diverse backgrounds.
ING founded Elevate in 2023 because we recognised that it was our responsibility to promote better representation in the built environment industry. The programme is open to companies with under 15 employees that are run by at least one person from a diverse ethnic background.
The programme includes a half-day workshop session with ING consultants and bespoke seminars and events, all focused on ‘elevating’ the businesses. The cohort will become part of a dedicated network, and join ING’s wider network of clients and opinion leaders across the built environment.
Over the past two years, ING has supported 12 organisations through 1-2-1 strategy workshops led by our directors. We’ve hosted group sessions focusing on business development and marketing strategy at our base in Shoreditch as well as Greenwich Design District. These included workshops on tuning networking skills and techniques to build meaningful connections and maximising social media for marketing.
Our Elevate cohort is invited to all key ING events, where they’ll get to meet everyone in our network, including developers, architects and journalists.
