ING is launching its second year of Elevate. We are inviting applications for our programme, offering an intensive and completely bespoke package of PR and communications consultancy for emerging businesses run by leaders from ethnically diverse backgrounds.
ING founded Elevate in 2023 because we recognised that it was our responsibility to promote better representation in the built environment industry. The programme is open to companies with under 15 employees that are run by at least one person from a diverse ethnic background.
The programme includes a half-day workshop session with ING consultants and bespoke seminars and events, all dedicated to ‘elevating’ the businesses. The cohort will become part of a dedicated network, and join ING’s wider network of clients and opinion leaders across the built environment.

Applications are now open until 2nd April 2024. ING will review applications and appoint the first cohort in the second quarter of 2024.
