Current work includes the The Exchange, a housing development for Notting Hill Housing in Bermondsey Spa; The Greenwood Community Resource Centre and Centre for Independent Living for LB Camden, which will provide separate, dedicated, high-quality services for people with dementia, learning disabilities and mental health problems in the borough and redevelopment Plaistow Hospital in East London, winner of the Peabody 150 years competition, which marked a century and a half since the founding of the Housing Association.
