Completed projects include the £23 million mixed use redevelopment of 1 & 2 Stephen Street and Tottenham Court Walk for Derwent London; an eight-storey, 7,700sqm office building at 95 Wigmore Street in London for Great Portland Estates, as well as a new science building at Uppingham School.
Orms growing reputation for delivering the highest quality of design has been acknowledged by a number of recent awards including: RIBA, New London Architecture, British Council for Offices, Schueco Excellence Award and the Civic Trust.
The practice is currently working on two new submerged music venues which are part of the St. Giles Circus redevelopment scheme at Tottenham Court Road, the conversion of Camden Town Hall in Kings Cross into the new Standard Hotel and refurbishments of central London office buildings Oxford House, Commonwealth House and Folgate Court.
