Lifschutz Davidson Sandilands is an award-winning architecture and design studio based in London. The practice has an international portfolio of projects including the recently completed JW3 Centre in North London and a new global headquarters for Bonhams in the heart of historic Mayfair.

Completed projects include the fit-out of Tsvetnoy Central Market in Moscow, the Charlotte Building for Derwent London and the Teenage Cancer Trust Building at Birmingham’s famous children’s hospital, which won an RIBA Award in 2011. The practice has a 25-year relationship with Coin Street Community Builders and together the two have been responsible for long-standing regeneration work in London’s South Bank, where Lifschutz Davidson Sandilands has created such landmarks as the Hungerford Footbridges and Oxo Tower Wharf.

The studio is currently working on a major new sports facility for the University of Birmingham; the regeneration of King Street for the London Borough of Hammersmith and Fulham; a new retail and office building at 73-89 Oxford St and the Hanover Square Crossrail over-site development for Great Portland Estates; an award winning sustainable suburb at Kidbrooke Village for Berkeley; New housing in South Kilburn for the London Borough of Brent and the Fitzroy Place development in the West End for Exemplar.
