Landid Property & Brockton Capital Joint Venture

A joint venture between Landid and Brockton Capital was formed in 2013 to invest in office opportunities requiring refurbishment or redevelopment, initially in the UK’s Western Corridor markets.

The Landid/Brockton partnership aims to create a new generation of decentralised office space which reflects the needs of modern occupiers in terms of design, working environment, sustainability, cost effectiveness and transport connections. The Partnership has recently completed One Queen Caroline Street in Hammersmith, and has three ongoing projects: The Charter Building in Uxbridge, Thames Tower in Reading and The Porter Building in Slough set for completion between Q4 2016 and Q3 2017.
