HUB is a young developer offering aspirational yet attainable homes for Londoners in well-connected locations. The company was set up in 2012 with the recognition that too many of today’s developments are not built for the capital’s mid-market sector. With over 2,500 homes under development, HUB is going some way to make up for the shortfall.

Beyond supplying well-designed, environmentally responsible buildings, HUB’s focus centres on providing spaces for local communities to engage, interact and grow. To achieve this, HUB carries out extensive public consultations and community engagement programmes and offers local employment and training schemes at its sites across London and the South East. Completed schemes include Hoola at London’s Royal Victoria Dock and The Rehearsal Rooms in Acton. Current developments include The Boiler House and Material Store at the 17-acre Old Vinyl Factory redevelopment in Hayes, Chesterfield House in Wembley, Taberner House in Croydon, and The Landing in Maidenhead.
