Hawkins\Brown is a leading architecture practice based in Clerkenwell, London founded over 25 years ago by Roger Hawkins and Russell Brown.

In 2013, Hawkins\Brown was nominated for the Stirling Prize for their work on the Park Hill Estate in Sheffield. The practice also won the AJ 100 Employer of the Year 2013 and AJ Sustainable Employer of the Year 2013. Hawkins\Brown believes that architectural quality is achieved through collaboration, research, dedication and a sense of fun, which it puts into practice through a strong and supportive office culture.

Hawkins\Brown’s portfolio extends across arts and culture, civic, commercial, community, housing, mixed use, retail and leisure, schools and colleges, transport and infrastructure, universities and research sectors.

The practice is currently working on several high-profile projects, including Here East, in the former Olympic Press and Broadcast Centres in the Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park. The building will provide state-of-the-art infrastructure and studios for creative and digital industries.

Hawkins\Brown is also working on 3 Crossrail stations including Tottenham Court Road, Liverpool Street, and Bond Street stations.

The practice is currently working with UCL on high-profile projects, including a new home for the Bartlett School of Architecture.
