ADAM Architecture


ADAM Architecture has an international reputation in classical and traditional architecture and is a world leader in progressive classical design, combining tradition with the latest technology.

From its offices in Winchester and London, the 80 strong practice works across Europe, the Middle East and Japan, as well as significant projects in the USA. Its portfolio includes housing developments, town and country houses, public and commercial buildings and pioneering work in contextual urban design through its masterplanning division, ADAM Urbanism. ADAM Architecture is currently designing and delivering over 20,000 new houses under masterplans on different landed estates across the country.

Recently completed projects include an art gallery on New Bond Street, a pavilion portico at The Oval cricket ground, a classical villa in a London conservation area, a modern classical villa in New Delhi India, new country houses in Surrey, Berkshire and Hampshire, and alterations to several Listed houses.

The Directors are trustees of many national interest groups and co-founders of international architectural and urban design organisations including INTBAU and The Academy of Urbanism. ADAM Architecture has won many awards. The Richard H Driehaus Prize 2017 was awarded to Robert Adam. It is the highest value architecture award in the world.

The work of ADAM Architects has been widely published and exhibited and the practice’s directors are regularly invited to write, lecture and teach.
