Digital Account Manager

£27,000 – £30,000 per annum + healthcare + pension

Based in Shoreditch, London, ING is one of the UK’s most exciting PR companies working at the nexus between contemporary architecture, property, development, design and the built environment.

We are looking for a highly motivated, creative and confident digital and social media consultant to join our expanding digital team.

Within this role you will have the opportunity to provide account/client management, digital consultancy, social media activity and campaign delivery to leading brands, companies and organisations working internationally in architecture, property and design.

We are looking for someone who can help support and drive digital growth within our agency as well as manage key digital and social media accounts. You will manage and provide community management, influencer mapping, social media content writing and scheduling, digital insight and digital account management, including delivering intelligent analytics.

You will also work with our account teams to create strategic and creative B2B and B2C campaigns that work across both off-line and digital channels, while creating proposals and costings for the digital activity.

Candidates should be able to demonstrate professional experience and knowledge of creating and managing content for social media platforms. Excellent writing and verbal communications skills are a must, together with a strong eye for detail and confidence in managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

You will have at least 3 years’ experience in PR + Communications, and be able to demonstrate how you have helped your clients improve their business and lift their profile.

Digital Account Executive

Up to £24,000 per annum (depending on experience) + healthcare + pension

We are looking for a highly motivated, creative, confident and digitally savvy Digital Account Executive to work with a wide range of clients, especially those with a digital remit.

Your role will be to support our PR and digital teams, carrying out a wide range of research, administrative and social media tasks. The latter will include on-site content creation for digital platforms including photography and video, content scheduling, online community management and delivering intelligent analytics.

It’s essential that you demonstrate a desire to develop a career in social media-based communications and have a basic knowledge of the media and PR industry.

Excellent writing and verbal communications skills are a must, together with a strong eye for detail and confidence in managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

The right candidate will also have professional experience and knowledge of creating and managing content for social media platforms.

Account Manager

As an Account Manager you will play a pivotal role within the agency; you’ll handle some of the agency’s accounts and will be responsible for developing and implementing communications strategies, building and managing relationships with clients and key contacts and creatively building on campaign plans at a tactical level.

You will have at least 3 years’ experience in PR + Communications, and be able to demonstrate how you have helped your clients improve their business and lift their profile.

  • A strong and demonstrable interest in design/architecture/property
  • Experience in managing numerous accounts at one time
  • Self-motivated and proactive approach
  • Excellent writing and interpersonal skills
