Digital Account Executive   

£24, 000 per annum + healthcare + pension

We are looking for a highly motivated, creative, confident and digitally savvy Digital Account Executive to work with a wide range of clients, especially those with a digital remit.

You will have regular contact with our clients and target clients, so you’ll need the confidence and professionalism to represent ING and the ability to support senior staff in advising clients.

Your role will be to support our PR and digital teams, carrying out a wide range of research, administrative and social media tasks. The latter will include on-site content creation for digital platforms including photography and video, content scheduling, online community management and delivering intelligent analytics.

It’s essential that you demonstrate a desire to develop a career in social media-based communications and have a basic knowledge of the media and PR industry.

Excellent writing and verbal communications skills are a must, together with a strong eye for detail and confidence in managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

The right candidate will also have experience and knowledge of creating and managing content for social media platforms, and an understanding of content aimed at the public and content for professional audiences (i.e. B2C and B2B).

Account Manager  

£27,000 – £30,000 per annum + healthcare + pension 

Based in Shoreditch, London, ING is one of the UK’s most exciting PR and communications agencies and we work in the built environment sector at the nexus between contemporary architecture, property, development, design and construction.

We are looking for a highly motivated, creative and confident account manager to join our expanding team of almost 40 people.

In this role, you will play a pivotal role within the agency, providing account/client management and consultancy to leading brands, companies and organisations in the built environment sector.

You will be responsible for developing and implementing communications strategies, building and managing relationships with clients and key contacts and creatively delivering campaign plans on a tactical level. You will also guide and oversee junior account team members.

You will have at least three years’ experience in PR + communications and be able to demonstrate how you have helped clients meet business goals and lift their profile.

Graphic Designer

£30,000 – £34,000 per annum + healthcare + pension

ING is looking to appoint a creative designer to support our team in developing high quality presentations, proposals and reports for prospective and existing clients.

In this new role, you will work closely with new business and account management teams to bring creative strategies to life. We are looking for someone who can produce bespoke, client-focused and eye-catching pitches, presentations and proposals, incorporating a range of visuals such as: photography, video, typography and graphics.

As a key part of our creative teams, you will be involved from the start in how we respond to client briefs and help bring new and exciting visual concepts to the table. The ability to understand the business requirements of a client brief is therefore essential as is the confidence to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.

We are also looking for someone with a multimedia approach who can support our expanding digital communications team in the creation of original video, animations and infographic content.

Key responsibilities

  • The creation of high quality and visually striking pitches, presentations, proposals and reports
  • Generating and realising creative concepts and ideas in response to client briefs and requirements
  • Assisting colleagues in the creation of innovative and impactful content to enhance social media communications
  • Building and managing an archive of images, templates and videos to improve the overall efficiency of the agency in delivering future presentations and other client documents

Essential experience and qualifications

  • Ideally, but not necessarily, educated to degree level in a related field
  • Three to four years previous design experience – experience in designing and creating commercial presentations would be desirable
  • Excellent presentation and graphic design skills
  • Experience working with Adobe Creative Cloud, InDesign, PowerPoint and Keynote is essential
  • The successful candidate must have excellent communication skills and be confident enough to challenge more senior colleagues on creative concepts

The salary for this position is £30,000 – £34,000 per annum, plus pension, with full private healthcare on completion of a three month probationary period. ING Media is an equal opportunity employer.

International Account Director

We are looking for a highly motivated, creative and confident account director to join our expanding team, and represent a range of design, architecture and luxury property clients.

The successful candidate will demonstrate the ability to not only devise but implement and lead successful, strategic communications campaigns for UK and international audiences. At this level, we are looking for someone who has excellent contacts across property, business, design, luxury and lifestyle media.

You will advise leading international designers and high-end residential and mixed-use developers on all forms of communications, ranging from traditional, social and digital media engagement to event management and networking.

Key responsibilities

As an account director you will play a pivotal role within the agency:

  • you will be responsible for leading some of the agency’s accounts
  • developing and implementing communications strategies, building and managing relationships with clients and key contacts and creatively building on campaign plans at a tactical level
  • work across UK and International clients
  • in addition to the management of current clients, you will also be expected to identify and develop new business opportunities, at all times representing and promoting ING values and brand in a professional manner
  • as an account director, you will manage client teams of PR professionals including account managers and account executives, monitoring and reviewing performance and supporting professional development
