Graphic Designer

£24,000 per annum + healthcare + pension

ING is looking to appoint a creative designer to support our team in developing high quality presentations, proposals and reports for prospective and existing clients.

In this new role, you will work closely with new business and account management teams to bring creative strategies to life. We are looking for someone who can produce bespoke, client-focused and eye-catching pitches, presentations and proposals, incorporating a range of visuals such as: photography, video, typography and graphics.

As a key part of our creative teams, you will be involved from the start in how we respond to client briefs and help bring new and exciting visual concepts to the table. The ability to understand the business requirements of a client brief is therefore essential as is the confidence to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.

We are also looking for someone with a multimedia approach who can support our expanding digital communications team in the creation of original video, animations and infographic content.

Key responsibilities

  • The creation of high quality and visually striking pitches, presentations, proposals and reports
  • Generating and realising creative concepts and ideas in response to client briefs and requirements
  • Assisting colleagues in the creation of innovative and impactful content to enhance social media communications
  • Building and managing an archive of images, templates and videos to improve the overall efficiency of the agency in delivering future presentations and other client documents

Essential experience and qualifications

  • Ideally, but not necessarily, educated to degree level in a related field
  • One to two years previous design experience – experience in designing and creating commercial presentations would be desirable
  • Excellent presentation and graphic design skills
  • Experience working with Adobe Creative Cloud, InDesign, PowerPoint and Keynote is essential
  • The successful candidate must have excellent communication skills and be confident enough to challenge more senior colleagues on creative concepts

Executive Assistant 

£25,000 per annum + healthcare + pension 

 

Based in Shoreditch, London, ING is one of the UK’s most exciting communications agencies working in the built environment; providing consultancy services to leading companies active in the property, architecture, design, construction and engineering sectors.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated executive assistant to join our growing team and play an integral role in the day to day life of the agency.

You don’t have to be an executive assistant currently but you do need to be organised, positive, proactive, friendly, flexible, discreet, reliable, energetic – a team player with a good sense of humour.

You will provide invaluable support and administrative assistance to company directors as well as contributing to the organisation of staff and client-facing events and assisting with the production of new business presentations.

The successful candidate will enjoy working in a busy environment where your work will be varied and interesting. You won’t be micromanaged but attention to detail in thought, presentation and delivery are expected. You will have the opportunity to take responsibility and have a real impact on the overall success of the agency.

The role will encompass the following duties:

  • Diary management and coordination of internal and external meetings for company directors.
  • Managing travel arrangements
  • Intuitive and proactive executive support for company directors involving some client liaison
  • Researching and preparing client reports and presentations
  • Co-ordinating staff CPD and social events

The role is suited to candidates who can offer:

  • Experience in a similar role supporting senior executives
  • Excellent levels of organisation and the ability to prioritise and multi-task
  • The ability to work under pressure whilst maintaining exceptional attention to detail
  • Excellent literacy and numeracy skills
  • All round great IT skills

ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE

ING is looking for a highly motivated, creative and confident Account Executive to work with a wide range of clients and provide particular support to the development and management of our expanding portfolio of Turkish clients.

As such, business level Turkish language skills are a pre-requisite for this position, as are excellent writing skills in English and Turkish.

Your role will be to support our team, carrying out a wide range of administrative and research tasks and help in the day to day management of ING’s operations.

It’s essential that you demonstrate a desire to develop a career in this field and have a basic knowledge of the media and PR industry, both in the UK and around the world.

Excellent written and presentational skills are a must – this is a company that’s all about communication, in all its forms. Determination and tenacity are vital to the role.
